We understand things happen, if you need to reschedule please give a 24hr notice. You can contact me at (608)860-3022 or you can log into your square account and cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Our online booking system allows you to have access to scheduling at any time. Follow our “book now“ button, select your service, date and time.

If there is a time or day that your interested in but its not available you can join the waitlist and will be notified if said appointment becomes available.

At this time, we kindly ask that you notify us by email, text, or voicemail if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is currently no cancellation fee. However, frequent cancellations or last-minute reschedules may result in required non refundable deposit or loss of future booking privileges.

If you are running late please give us a call/text. We will give a courtesy call at 15mins. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or receive a shortened service due to scheduling constraints.

If weather conditions are unsafe, appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled. we will contact you with updates as needed. Your safety is our priority.
